Cassiopeia Spell Effort Sounds

I just played an ARAM as and DAMN her casting sound are annoying. Every 2nd Q and every 2nd E she hisses and groans around and because she has a spammy kit this is actually very annoying.

I enjoy little updates, especially if I find out that they weren't in the patch notes (like Cosmic Reaver Kassadin's new voice filter a few patches a go) but this change is as obnoxious as the constant "THROW ANOTHER ROCK!!!!"
