Urgot Rework theory

I got here thinking about what happened last winter; a champion from a certain region in Runeterra was released then a champion was reworked that ties into the lore of that new champion that was released.

This got me thinking. And then there was the Kayn interaction videos I've watched recently that mentions there being 2 more unknown Darkin creatures out there and also the theory that Darkin's are actually weapons that have the ability to possess the bodies of those that wield them.

Urgot could be one of them, or more likely, a forge of a Darkin weapon and Zaun tech, creating this disgusting creature of death. We've seen what Zaun is capable of with the Warwick update. This will just further that understanding and fear.

Let me know what you think and if you have anything to either back-up or deny this.

Pretty sure this isn't the case. While I don't have anything SPECIFIC to deny it, my suspicion is that there are two unknown weapons and FIVE remaining Darkin -- and we have another character fighting off possession by a powerful weapon-like entity in Varus.

Urgot seems pretty clearly to not be associated with a weapon so much as being turned INTO a weapon -- and the existing Darkin weapons are ancient, and definitely pre-date hextech, making me suspect they aren't firearms or tech-based weaponry. This would support the Varus theory, but definitely speak against the Urgot theory.
