Traits/Races
are certain skin colors deemed rare in runeterra or a exotic sighting such as black and brown, similar to nidalee and lucian's appearance? If so, would the dominant skin color in runeterra view this as a rare sighting?

Nope, Runeterra's pretty damn diverse.
Not Caucasian:

Caucasian or slightly resembling Caucasian:

Unsure:

Love how you listed
and
as Not Caucasian. Pantheon might be caucasian seeing as how Diana, Leona, and Zoe who are all born form the base of Mount Targon are.
might have tanned skin, as some ionians
is a master of shadows, that as said by riot, leaves the body with shadow marks similar to SA
's, so Zed is a Zebra, as he must be fully covered of shadow marks around his whole body being a shadow master
Amumu, Morde, and Naut are all undead and likely don't even have skin. Have you not seen Myrmidon Pantheon?
Skins are not canon so Myrmidon Pantheon isn't a factor into his skin tone.
Amumu is a mummy with really dry skin underneath all that cloth. Mordekaiser by lore has no body inside of that armor. Nautilus is acting like Davy Jones for Nagakabouros.
I only mentioned them because we can't actually see their skin, and you're assuming the color of their skin or lack there of from it.
I also could mention all the animal hybrid champions because I don't really think they belong on the list in the first place, but meh.
You are so wrong with all your estimates that its laughable. Plus this is Runeterra, not Earth, they dont have the same social structures and even racial views (they dont have the Caucasus, or Asia, or Europe to even be called like that).
I don't see what is wrong with my estimates. Also, I could care less if the champions are 2D stick figures. This was intended to show the idiots who continuously whine about there not being enough racial diversity that there is in fact plenty of diversity. Of coarse Caucasian appearance is going to be the majority in a game created by a company located in the United States. I'm not going to play a game made in Africa and complain that there are too many Africans or a game made in China and complain there are too many Asians.
Skin colour on Runeterra is the last thing they would worry about. You have far more serious things like magic, demigods, and spirits to deal with that have drastically diverged Runeterran cultures from our own.
