The latest champion teaser
Due to the teaser talked about about the stars, I wonder if this new champion will give us more insight on Sorakas creators, the constellations.
(although, this could be just wishful thinking on my part.)

Well, the actual symbol discussed "Mountain Shrines", "Great Caretaker", and an absent constellation. The people that associate with "Bard" are from "floating villages" a possibly flowery term for settlements that rest above the clouds on the peaks of mountains. To me, this speaks of Mount Targon, and the Rakkor.
Now an interesting thing to note in all this is the symbol's three points. From Targon, we have the worship of the Sun, the former worship of the Moon. And now we have stories told by constellations, tales of caution imparted by the stars.

I'm hoping it's a champion from Mt. Targon, but the clothing looks like it's from Ionia. I hope they do something new with this champ, maybe a support jungler

From the last picture in the teaser I gotta say obviously the new champ is a steering wheel ... And he's gonna steer you to victory
yeah I think it is pretty likely that he is connected to soraka,with the stars and all,but we'll have to wait and see(the new patch is coming tomorrow,so we'll might get the champion reveal tomorrow too).
What I am also interested in are these floating villages they speak of(maybe syndras creation?),but the new champ doesn't really need to be connected to them.
