A relic weapon same and/or similar to the relic weapons that Pantheon, Leona and Diana wield? There are so many implications:
Was it stolen? Is it spoil of war between ancient Targon and Demacia? Or are they products of a common people that split into 2 nations? Why are there no "new" weapons of equal power being made? Are all relic holders "heros" predestined for greatness if Poppy's quest is true?

It's possible that is may be a runic weapon from Targon. No one knows until Riot gives her long lore and expands Targon.
Though apparently Targonians like gems.
