Ok, now I regret not ranking this season.
That's really nice! Although i might not agree with the choice of Maokai, I also think that this is the best-looking victorious skin so far, both the actual skin and the splash art. It has SO much attention for detail. Plus, it gets me Maokai for free since I don't have him yet, which is a welcome bonus!
Damn, that's pretty good. Still not going to lose sleep over not getting it.

I'm kinda indifferent towards the skin but that is a pretty cool splash.
