Could Riot games pls rework Pulsefire Ezreal

Now I love Ezreal , but recently I got Pulsefire Ezreal. He was a ultimate skin so I thought he was gonna be awesome. He's ok he's not bad, but I just want one thing reworked. The evolution thing. I'm pretty sure that there are 3 evolutions. One in level 6 second in level 12 and the final in level 16. Now I'm fine with the evolution thing, but I don't like the level when you evolve. Most of the games I play I never reach 16. I just want to get the full experience of the skin but because most of the times I don't reach 16 it's very disappointing. Could the final evolution be in level 14 or 12 its just a small desire that I want to get the full experience of the skin?[sg-lux-2] Does anyone agree with me?

They did... twice.

The evolutions are tied to his ult ranks. It's the same with other evolving skins like Pulsefire Caitlyn.

No, Riot is like that, giving a sub par ultimate skin that other less expensive skins OF THE SAME LINE get to look better for less. I got that skin a long time ago, and it just should not be an ultimate skin. It looks like shit compared to the others.
