[QUESTION] WHO IS THIS GUY IN BATTLE BOSS ZIGGS SPLASH?

like the title, if you zoom closely to the lower right of the portrait. there is a boy (or girl?) that is holding an eyeglass. he doesn't even have the yellow hair of ezrael and specially his clothes. Riven is out too because the person doesn't have a ponytail.

So my theories are:

Which champ has a black hair and likes glasses ? cough vayne cough . maybe a future arcade vayne?
Maybe the foreshadowing of next champion? and having arcade his/her debut skin?
Maybe another champ that i have missed

If you look to the top right of the image, next to Ziggs' face, you'll see another character/figure, similar to the one on the bottom right. I think they're just regular arcade-goers, not champion teasers or anything.

This splash was done by resident genius Alex Flores, and he wanted to give some props to a couple of our other illustrators that constantly go above and beyond in the pursuit of splash excellent. So, caught up in the arcade action, are the hapless Chengwei Pan and (in the background running fast) Kelly Aleshire.

(Jhin, Kayn, Swain, and Zed are all pretty unlikely candidates, but they could all pull off the look. I'd like to see Swain with sideburns and hipster glasses.)

That said, it's probably just a typical arcade goer. Look in the upper right corner; there's another, more obviously normal, gamer running for his life.

Not sure if it's been said, but if you look at Vlad's arcade and count skins, his hair matches pretty well. I doubt they would add him to arcade, but I think it would be awesome if they gave him a somewhat silly skin.

Has anyone else noticed the helmet(?) emblem in front of ziggs. Does anyone have any idea who skin this is? It doesn't match any of the other arcade related skins I can think of.
