What is the difference between a child and a loli? Just asking.

If loli means childish looking adult women, what matters? This people are still attractive child look, which means they can be attractive to children too.

Zoe being thousands of years old doesn't change the fact she looks like a kid. It shouldn't make anyone feel less guilty IMO.

Fortunately, she isn't as mobile as I originally feared. Her blink is her ultimate. Her sleep trap popping out over a wall will be irritating and will also make it very hard to chase or escape her, but she doesn't look quite as annoying as I expected from her teaser.

Any chance you could answer one or two questions about her Q while you're here?

What's the cooldown?
What's the cook time?
Does it pass through minions?

As it's her primary damage spell (or so it seems), I've been super curious about this data. Fine with waiting if I have to, but since you're around... :P

Cooldown - Can't remember the exact cooldown but it's not to bad Cooktime - What do you mean cooktime?

It does not pass through minions, but you can cast it to the side of the minion wave in lane and then recast it to basically go around the minion wave.

If it passed through minions it would be pretty difficult for her to farm.

And yeah, I should have elaborated on cooktime. I was referring to the amount of time you can "hold" the cast at the first location you sent it before firing it off again.

Cyberpop Zoe? Is that name official? Why not putting it in the Arcade line? It shares alot of design elements and makes sense with her gameplay.

I like the style WAY more than arcade. I'm glad their delving into the sci-fi/futuristic/cute vibe, ya know? The bright colors and mellow grays are really cool looking. It's less in-your-face than the arcade line, and I'm glad!

Zoe's other trinkets in the splash are one of Bard's Chimes and a Moon Stone (you know that thing Nami is searching for?) just to give you an idea of Zoe's general level of power in the lore.

To her they are just shiny doodads that are fun to fiddle with.

No, just as in various cultures here on earth, the Ionians use of twilight is separate to the meaning given to it by Targonians.

In this case I think Ionia considers twilight as a time of when dark and light are in balance. While Targonians view it as a time of transition or change.

Either she borrowed it and Bard noticed and was cool with it, or it was given to her. Zoe heralds change while Bard prevents disasters, so they probably meet from time to time.

Zoe chromas are going to be a massive success (just because her base color scheme is already bright and vivid). Are we going to get these sooner or later?

I think the plan right now is to do chromas for popular skins that champs have that open themselves up to chroma packs - real world costuming or big colour blocking skins work well there. If Zoe does get chromas in the future it'll be later. She's not even out yet xD
