They already have though? Jax Cassiopeia Gnar Rengar Nidalee etc

I mean yeah there's offenders like Annie, Jhin and Yi, but there's still other champs getting skins.

that cass skin was garbo though. It was like piling trash together to get rid of her. Why can't champions that wait a long time get a cool skin like Sion got for his wait? Also Gnar get's skins often.

That's subjective. The point was that Cass got a skin, whether or not YOU like it. Gnar has gotten a skin a year, that's tame compared to Jhin and Yi, plus Super Galaxy was only his 3rd non release skin.

Gnar has gotten 4 skins since his release which was August 14' so he kinda just hit his 3 year mark when he got the galaxy skin and has already 4 skins. he's getting them faster than a year ( A skin around 3/4 of a year ) so he's on a more common skin route rather than getting the bucket like some of the others and i'm not even counting his release skin so he has a total of 5 skins + default. I'll give you the Cassiopeia thing though that is subjective.

Nidalee is amongst Varus with some of the best skins in the game. I wouldn't really include her or Gnar.

They could apply the skin to a more fitting champ. "Arctic Ops" kinda screams some degree of stealth and/or finesse, not a booze guzzling, pot-bellied brawler. J4 for example would have been better.

Not sure how J4 would have fit arctic ops,since he is a brawler who jumps right into the fight. So he's the exact opposite of what you described.

J4 may be a brawler, but he does it without booze guzzling and beer gut. He also has some precision. The spear, the flag could be made as a modern looking radio relay, and the Ult may lack some subtlety, but could be a neat effect. Honestly it was a champ off the top of my head who hasn't had a skin for around 3 years or so. Going back to see the list someone put up on boards today, Shen, Heimer, Eve, and Udyr stand out as better options than Gragas imo. Even if they are a tank or brawler, thematically they make more sense.

I wouldn't say Eve(as she uses seduction in her regular form,so a skin where she is covered from head to toe in military gear wouldn't fit very well),but I agree that Shen and Heimer would have been fitting.

Skin looks good, and glad they're giving one to Gragas, but the entire Arctic Ops line just feels so generic. Put any human into military gear suited for cold climates.
