@Riot Any word on the return of Medieval Twitch and Grey Warwick?

Every time I pick Twitch and get to skin selection, I am taunted by the locked picture of Medieval Twitch. Will I ever be able to obtain this skin? I've suggested in the past, tying these skins to a mastery milestone (eg. 250k - 500k). Any chance of that system or another being implemented any time soon?
