Out of place Voice Lines

I've noticed that some recent voice changing skins are still using the default voice lines and its pretty annoying. On Project Vayne, she will sometimes say things in her default voice instead of a project: vayne line. Its so normal now, that even in the TrueDamage Ekko Champion Skin Spotlight you can hear his voice go from "TD Ekko" to "Ekko" when he casts his abilities. Also would an Ahri Voice Update be possible? I can hear the mic in some lines at this point
