Raise the Ranked Standards please

This is just an example of what it's like trying to rank up in league of legends as a solo queuer.

This garen and blitzcrank weren't just aweful, they were toxic. I was toxic because of them too. The problem here is that these types of players who rely on the enemy team being worse than they are should not be in this elo. This garen added no value to the team, this blitzcrank took so much pride for having only landed the hooks at the start of the game for an invade he was slow to get to. It's terrible that these people spend more time fighting in the chat box than they do on the rift. Get them the fuck out. Make the ranked requirement 50-60 as well as raising the number of required champions to make a lobby!!!
