@riot mecha zero sion possible vo line delivery problem.

i got curious of what all the things mecha zero sion says so went to the wiki and saw that he saws all aboard the hype train when u use his joke animation. i then thought that was weird cause i found out that all the sounds from his joke to his laugh all had spammable sounds and not once did i ever hear this line. so when i got bored i said fuck it when into a custom game to see if i could spam the joke enough i could hear it. i did this for about 5 minutes and came to the conclusion that either some of the voice lines form this skin are for some reason not working right or the RNG gods fucking hate me more than i thought.
