Interesting, a mix of stuff. A decorated soldier, an old "get off my lawn" type, southern separatists, anti-intellectual, drug addict, and delusional.
Also, noticed more swears than I've ever heard from a champ. I don't personally mind, just a bit surprising.
Also he apparently has a relative yordle, any guess who it might be?

Eh, I'm conflicted. He's got some good lines, but it's sorta got that Borderlands issue of "SCREAMING MAKES EVERYTHING FUNNY RIGHT AHHHHHHHHHHHHH MEMES RIGHT?" that I thought we all got over like, 5 years ago.
I actually think his funniest lines are the ones where he just goes totally deadpan. Him slowly pondering the nature of Cassiopeia made me laugh.
Going to be tougher to report players when some of the toxic behaviour is from the in-game champ himself...

My two favorite things in the League Universe: yordles and Noxus. Bless Kled and Skaarl. I am in love. Also wondering how many of the places/battles mentioned in his lines are new? I did not recognize some of them, though I was cooking and listening so it could just be I missed the recognition while I was busy.
