There was also a russian page leak giving some details about the PROJECT event. Looks like the 10 Augmented Cache + Gemstone bundle is going to be ~2900RP (I forget the exact number) and the 10 cache + Kat/Ashe/Ekko/Yasuo Cache + Gemstone is going to be ~8900 RP, and 100000RP if you get the champions with it. The dates given for the event were the 2nd - 7th.

I myself will be getting all the IP icons/chests, and PROJECT: Katarina skin

I think project kata looks derp (so far the only skin of kata thath I dont have is the sandstorm one, now with project it will be 2).

now project Ashe thats a insta-buy.

the ekko one is ok (not thath good, but its also not bad), thou I dont play ekko.

-Get S ranks on champions (once per champion per 'season) by playing really good on that champion and the role your in OR Dunk RP for them in the shop.

-Play good to get key frags and repeat till you have 3 for a key to open a chest OR Dunk RP for them in the shop.

-Ready your typical ritualistic setup before opening it and hope you get a nice Champion Shard or Skin Shard.

-Repeat a bunch more, sacrifice some to get the essence to make a champion or skin permanently unlocked without having to directly buy it (Meaning you could effectively if your lucky enough, get Epic or even Ultimate skins for free) or just plain cheaper then the original price tag.

Rest might as well be for the RP sinkers since its silly to 'rental' use a shard and it goes away in 7 days and less you love taking chances by sacrificing 3 shards to get a permanent random one instead, then you likely are only doing it cause you have way too many shards.

Not exactly the best of setups when i myself have only gotten about 17 of the 25 champions i owned to S rank and besides "Panda Annie and a Gurgle or what you call it dragon ward from the freebie one", i've only permed so far:

-Program Soraka skin -Zed Champion -Fizz Champion -Renekton Champion

with currently Graves and Riven shard sitting in my inventory alongside a Snow'day Ziggs (which i dont own him nor do i plan on buying him so i'd likely scrap it for something better).

I could list the majority of what else i got and sacrificed as essence to perm those 4, but getting 2 4800 IP champions, a 6300 IP champion and a epic skin which is 1350 RP thru the system i'd say is pretty impressive, even if it can be pretty slow on ends. Plus when you can add in the 1700 IP cost 'mystery shards' as a alternative way to scrape up champions(which i did use to help in getting a few of those champions unlocked), it can turn into a fun and enjoyable system.

So anyway, any one at least got the general idea what the 'icon' chests are in terms of value on the IP side of things? Since i don't exactly recall anything similar sides a few bargain grab icon buys during things like the Super Galaxy Skins and our last April Fools day 'Draven Day', i can't really make a accurate guess myself.

Besides each of them maybe being between 1k to 2k IP each, but that might be a tad 'generous' if the 'Yasuo icon chest box' is also IP(less we see something like they made a second type of project skin shards that require 'project cores' instead of regular essence), probably make alot of salty players though if that were the case, even if it was 'RP only'.

Well Best case scenario we get the flip side of things instead and can dunk IP in the disruption chest instead for a bunch of shards.
