meh skin out of all of the Project skins.

I like Katarina as a champion, because she's so fun to use (when not against a full cc comp) but this skin imho is too lackluster to be a project skin. Project skins are suposed to be flashy, right? was it so hard to make a flashier effect when you activate voracity? was it so hard to give her a special effect when she gets her bonus movement speed from her w? was it so hard to give her a flashier effect when she gets reduced damage from shunpo? Also, her color is too similar to Fiora's.

Really, if they don't make her flashier, they should lopwer the price of this skin.

Kat's daggers literally look like mini fiora Rapiers, same color and design. the skin looks really unfinished imo.... needs more work.

EDIT: Mehh; I mean, it could be worse. At least PROJECT: Kat still looks like a PROJECT skin. I personally don't know how much I feel Ashe's skin looks like the rest. It's an amazing skin, just, doesn't have that PROJECT-y feel...

But staying on Kat here, I really don't think her's is that bad. I guess though when compared to Ekko's even, yeah, a good deal more work could be put into it. Many of the small things like OP has said would bring this skin a lot more justice. It is a little lack luster for a 1350. As for the color, I personally think that is fine. It is close-ish to Fio's, but it's much deeper and prominent. (Though in general the skin looks a little, plastic.)

Kat's got a non-flashy kit, they did the best they could with the few effects she has.

I almost agree with you, however I think her abilites are already much flashier than default Kat and . While the video skin spotlight put out shows her abilities in use against a single target that she doesn't kill. I think Riot is likely concerned with the amount of visual noise she would be putting out if she is getting her resets.

Tbh, kat project skin should either be cancelled or decreas ed to a 975 RP skin at most , her ult is just obviously not a good one for the Project theme. Simply disappointing

She does have a MS particle effect from her W iirc. (also i feel like you just need a "good" option in the poll but late now)

To be fair, Kat's kit doesn't offer much room for flashy particle changes. Look at the kits of the other PROJECT skins, they have much more room for particle changes to give the abilities more "Oomph" without compromising visual clarity. Plus, Kat's kit rotation usually go fast so it would be easy to miss the few special particles PROJECT Kat actually got. I certainly agree PROJECT Kat is certainly the weakest of the PROJECT skins. Maybe once the Assassin update comes & Kat is reworked, they could add some more particles. It depends on what they wish to do with Kat's kit.
