Has anyone confirmed it yet? Personally thinking they're robots.

Going by teasers, and quotes from Eternum Nocturne, they're bio-mechanical creatures that are arbiters of fate and destiny, bending the fabric of time and space to shape the true reality. They might have some capacity to move through people's dreams, but that may just be a Nocturne thing.
