Theoretically speaking, could Fiora have the qualifications to rule a kingdom like Demacia if she married some royalty like J4 or someone else in line for the throne? Or is she too much of a loner? And her attitude being very very rude towards peasants and non nobles?

The right to rule Demacia is not hereditary.
HonestJohnTheCon1 votes^ This. Jarvan IV was chosen for the role, and although he was somewhat expected to earn the title due to his last three ancestors being king, it's not a hard and fast rule. If Jarvan IV becomes king, he may choose his own child (if he has one) or he could choose someone completely different.
Epicurus2 votesJarvan IV hasn't been chosen for the role yet. I don't think he is _technically _ a prince seeing as Demacia is _technically _ an oligarchy and not a monarchy. It's not the king that chooses his successor anyway. It's the mysterious "high council". This might me made up of the heads of each major house, in which case Fiora herself gets a vote. Something else worth considering is if female candidates are allowed. Demacia does have some traces of patriarchy, but we can't know for certain with what lore exists.
KoKoboto1 votesI wouldn't call Demacia an oligarchy because we're unsure of how many rulers and people exist at the highest level of Demacia people. Even technically. I would say Monarchy still feels best because it's Lightshield family that does everything and that family does the stuff.
