Seems like Fiora may indeed be lesbian BTW

In Swain's VO, he wonders how Fiora's suitors that she always declined never saw why.

Of course, this can as well mean she has nasty disease or is a man in disguise, but I think it was just a small pointing towards her sexuality. When the Varus Apocalypse came, many people wondered why, If Riot wanted sexually non-standard character, they didn't choose "obvious gay characters" such as Vi or Fiora.

So I thought this may be interesting for some. It's hinted, not confirmed, she won't likely recieve any lore update so it's nothing enormous, but it's a little interesting note.
