Veigar/Blitzcrank shared voiceline

Aight, look I know there is a boards post from like 2012 with this, but it bugs me every time I hear veigar say "The magic, it calls to me" and then hear blitzcrank mimic "The magic calls to me" all roboty. This voice line is too specific to be a random thing two characters happen to both say. Please tell me if there has been a connection made here since this question was last posted
