A Mistake by the Lore department? Is the lore department paying attention? Is there a lore department?
This is true for all of the champions from Targon and Shurima. Apparently Riot doesn't have a dedicated team to deal with the problems on the website, so it's mostly worked on by people as a sort of secondary work. Apparently there's long term plans in mind but they're LONG term, so chances are this won't be fixed any time soon.
So yeah, Riot dropping the ball here because of how they've set up their work priorities. There's a reason to the massive delay, but that doesn't mean it's not a massive pain in the arse though.
Makes me wonder what they're gonna do with Ryze's updated lore since his rework's shipping soon.
