Look here. Old champs like still sitting on some of the oldest skin splash arts. A visual update is really necessary. Not being critical or anything just thought I would bring it to your attention. (Probably for the millionth time)

They do plan to update old skin splash arts(though they want to focus first on the champs that have gotten a new model in the past),however since they increased the number of VGUs this year,they currently have their hands full with these and aren't able to update so many other splash arts.
