Been waiting all year to buy it. Wasn't around when it was an option before. Other snowday skins are open. Why not Singed?

Are you maybe referring to bards snowday skin?Because that skin isn't a legacy skin,it is avaliable for the whole year(because it was bards second skin and the second skin of a champion is usually not legacy). The other snowday skins aren't out either.

Yeah I've been wondering where all the winter stuff has been. I know there's some different holiday themed hextech boxes coming out at some point.
