Does Kayn have any family?

Unless I'm missing something, is Kayn related biologicly to any of the current champs? (Excluding Rhaast)

Because I don't see anything in his lore that he is related to anyone.

I think that the lore does mention that the kids that Noxus used to attack Ionia were supposed to be ophans... and that would include Kayne. But im not sure about it.

Kayn is a Noxian orphan, so we can immediately eliminate parents. His lore has no mention of siblings or extended family, and even if he did, I imagine it would be hard for him to find them. So I'm gonna say no, no biological family for Kayn. At least not that we know of.
