Are Fizz and Gnar the only yordles unaware of Bandle City?

Dunno why I thought of this, but while Bandle City is the nexus for yordles it seems Fizz and Gnar might be unaware of its existence. Especially since it seems Bandle City is more of an ethereal place than having any physical location anyone knows about.

Instead of being despondent for ages after the civilization Fizz lived with got destroyed by megalodons, if he knew about Bandle City it seems like he might've gone there to be around others instead of just waiting until he found Bilgewater.

Gnar is less clear, as he was never truly alone but was limited to Freljord, and being frozen for ages after attempting to fight (presumably) the Watchers. If Bandle city was more of a recent development, relatively, it would mean he also has no idea of its existence.

With gateways around Runeterra leading to Bandle City which are activated with as of yet unknown methods innate to yordles, would it be possible for either of them to inadvertently "stumble" upon Bandle City without the help of others?

The means to enter the city are very much random, and not just known to Yordles. One of the art pieces in the Bandle City section notes that like a low tide at twilight and these other conditions will trigger a portal to the city, which means if you happened to be on the beach at that time, down you go in the land of hamsters.
