Whats with Talons Lore?

I love playingTalon . Every champion has a backstory that makes them sound as cool and as powerful as possible, and talon story seems to be about him losing all the time.Sure some champions like Swain ,Aatrox , and Urgot have been disgraced/disrespected but they emerged from the dishonor with a new large goal that takes godly strength to achieve. However with Talon he lost to General Du Couteau and served his life to him. After that the General went missing Talons big term life goal became to find/avenge him. Just to find him.You have Aatrox who wants to destroy every living thing and then theres Talon who just wants to find a dude.I was completely fine with this lore though, it doesn't make him sound as badass as Zed and Yasuo but its ok. At least General Du Coteau isn't another champion in league, because that would've been unfair, so yeah im good with this lore.Until I read Enduring Sword Talons lore, and oh my god. Why did riot turn Talon into Irelia 's pet?! Why would you ever make one champion defeat another champion in lore? It makes no sense and comes off as bias.Not only was it not an epic/close battle, from the read, Irelia just roflstomped Talon , took away all his power, sealed it in her blades and left him with a new purpose. Sealing his power? Leaving him with a new purpose? this sounds like Irelia was just THAT much better then Talon.Even the skin names. DIVINE sword Irelia, then theres ENDURING sword Talon. Why does Talon keep getting stomped? and can he get a skin that comes with a spicy lore that makes him sound like a badass?

1- Talon is loreless for almost 8 years now so, we can't do anything about that. He doesn't make sense logically by design and flat in terms of personality(For many he doesn't even have one). So I hope Riot gives justice this year. Yeah, he needs much more than looking for General Du Couteau, he needs connections and an actual view on Noxus.

2- That's just a skinline and even then that's the point of that arc. Talon has to learn humility. When he learns he will get his powers back. As it says, Irelia is a goddess, Talon is a dragon king. Goddess punished the Dragon, now he'll have to learn.

who would you rather cheer on and get behind? the underdog from the streets/slums and endures it all while working for whatever goal they have, OR the dude who can easily slice through a hoard and come out without much trouble?
