Who has enough quotes and who doesn't.

Tristana has so flipping quotes.... seriously. She has 6 different ways of saying "Splat!". Ryze on the other hand.... Ryze whos neglected enough has 11 quotes. Tristana has so many quotes I did'nt want to count them all for fear the month would be over b4 I finished. I don't see why she needs this many quotes xD? Seriously though Riot, Rito, or whatever, you have access to so much, how can so may champions be neglected. I mean seriously Yasuo is broken with the keystone and ez 100% crit, Yi and Fizz's untarget makes it so they can do the majority of their dmg on you and you can't return any dmg untill their done, and half the champions seem either never played, never get anything new, or both.
