The splash for the Heartseeker Yuumi chromas all make it appear that the bell is supposed to shine a different color, but it doesnt. I know this was removed for visual clarity, but can we get the splash changed to properly reflect that?
I probably know this because I PLAY YUUMI ADC 
(also I make custom skins)
but the shiny light change is on the texture, not the effect or particles itself.
It'll always be pink until you use your passive, then it'll lose the light which will reveal the color below it.
Also do me a favor and use an RFC next game you go as Yuumi.
