I swear I've asked this before, but I'm not sure. Just had a game against a Jhin for the first time and he would not stop talking! Is there a particular reason why champions since Sion think they need to comment on absolutely everything they do just to remind you that they have a personality? :O
I enjoy hearing from the characters in-game. The more voice lines, the better.
You can always turn down/off Voice in the settings if it bothers you that much :>

With Draven and Jhin it makes sense though since they are very prideful. Some others... Not so much
