This year at least Platinum can be differentiated from Silver but once again like last year Gold is simply a lot more appealing and attractive than Platinum. Platinum simply always looks bland and dull.

Plat is greenish, gold is.. Well gold! You cant really compete with that, we're programmed to see gold as a expensive colour.

Platinum one looks nicer imo. Gold one reminds me of mustard.

yeah thats why I'm in gold, I could easily hit plat .. but the icon looks better

I still can't stop laughing at the S5 plat icon. I honestly cannot differentiate between the two if I don't have them side by side to compare. I honestly would just prefer if they came up with some title similar to master and challenger to replace platinum that way it can finally look different without being forced into some weird greenish tint.
