The Drowned Anchor

1 Year. The Drowned Anchor. One element of the Harrowing stalled. Reports of a large figure encased in a rusted diving suit seen in the heart of the fighting.

Is this hints of a retcon to Nautilus' lore, or could he incidentally have been caught up in the fighting? Was the black mist related to the black ooze?

I kind of see him as a lonely, misunderstood character that this could happen to.

Welp, sounds like Nauty baby is going to get shown some love.

To me, this seems to indicate Nautilus is already in his transformed state when this particular Harrowing takes place. It could be that Nautilus decides to protect Bilgewater from the Harrowing. It could also be unintentional, that the Black Mist is simply getting in the way of his endless march, but I like the idea of Nauty being a hero; he has no memories of who he was or a home to call his own, but some faint echo of the man he was compels him to defend the Blue Flame Isles.
