Those who like the updated color scheme probably would love to play neo pax siv while showing they were original owners of the first version. This only proves vintage if you play the old siv, would be cool if you could prove its vintage by playing neo too.
Ewokeon2 votesRiot want to emphasize the previous owners of the skin so the previous owners still have the exclusive nature of the skin, as it was only obtainable via going to an old Pax, it isw worth a lot, so making it obtainable for many sort of removes the value of the skin, therefore it was given a border so its still worth a lot.
