Is Pantheon getting a VU or at the least TU?

Read through all the new lore and one thing bugged me. A lot. If you read Pantheon's lore it has him wearing a crimson cape and just to the right is Pantheon wearing a blue cape. So just curious if Pantheon is going to get a touch up.
