Is there or has there ever been a map and game mode for...?
bildgewater noxus ionia etc.
the only maps i've seen are shurima, demacia, the shadow isle, and freljord. have there been others? will there be others?

There was bildgewater. That happened when the GP rework happened, and we got new lore for 
and we got a reskinned ARAM
Twisted Treeline used to be in Zaun, but got moved to Shadow Isles Summoner's Rift is somewhere around Freljord I think Howling Abyss is deep in the Freljord Butcher's Bridge was a re-skin of Howling Abyss set in Bilgewater used exclusively for the Burning Tides event in Summer 2015. Cancelled Magma Chamber was below the now non-canon Institute of War. Crystal Scar was previously set in the abandoned village of Kalamanda and now appears to be in or near Shurima whenever it pops up for RGM. Removed Proving Grounds was on top of Mogron Pass and in lore before retcon was stated to have crumbled away, resulting in its replacement by Howling Abyss.
There's not a map for Demacia, technically. If you're referring to the Crystal Scar, that was in Kalamanda, which is a border town between Demacia and Noxus, IIRC.
The Ascension map is presumably supposed to be somewhere in Shurima. The Twisted Treeline is on the Shadow Isles. Howling Abyss is Freljord. Butcher's Bridge, the HA reskin from Burning Tides, was in Bilgewater.
Summoner's Rift, oddly enough, I don't think even has a location now that the League doesn't exist, so that could literally be anywhere.
Which was the demacian map? SR?
