Is there an ETA on Morgana's (Kayle's) story?

Story, VU, and Voice rework on both would be fantastic. It's sad for one of my favorite champions Morgana to have one easily one of the worst Emote sets in the game.
Copy paste from another thread about what Morgana feels like to me, as I know Riot teams highly value understanding player's views of what is important to a character. Slightly edited for clarity. (In hopes of the reds coming!): "As a Morgana main, when i first read her pre-retcon lore, my reaction was "I'm using power feared by the rest of my society to show them the error of their ways. I will destroy this tyranny and evil hidden behind the guise of good intentions. They will see the error of their ways, the only question is whether they will have to die to do it."
But when i learned that was all no longer canon, the feeling was just "HAHAH YOU CAN'T DO SHIT BITCH! It's fun to have you die slowly and make you watch it, unable to do anything. You didn't expect it, and now you will never be able to expect anything again." Just Sadistic.
They're two very distinct and seperate feelings. The old Morgana felt very much like a darker, more gothic, more terrrifying version of what Illaoi does (sorta) only less focused on people having to change, and solely focused on cleaning out the corruption/making people embrace/confront their shadowselves. Not really like a magical angel batman, but you get what i mean. This no lore Morgana is just being sadistic because you wanna be. That's not a bad thing, it's just not what I felt the character was, and between the kit and the original lore, that first tone really stuck with me."
Edit: any cool ideas on where you want/think they will find a place for them in Runeterra? They've beeen trying to relocate all the champs into mainstream runeterra, but honestly I much prefer Morgana/Kayle as being from something beyond Runeterra. This way they're above and beyond all the bullshit (even the aspect and ascended demi gods politics), also cause as a tabletop player I love characters creating setting, and having those unique domains for themselves.
Random thought: since Morgana/Kayle are basically angels of absolution in one way or the other, Kayle is an angel of say Law, and the Morgana an Angel of Chaos? It's not a great idea, but it is a better starting place than say, Good and Evil. (I hate the premise that Morgana is evil, she has never been based on her original lore, she was simply turned into that after it was retconned and due to tropes. Fallen is just a label [and attempt at derision] of those who refuse to see things any differently than themselves! Fallen to Earth is better than being High and Mighty.)
Also perhaps Morgana/Kayle get turned into eternalish primordial style characters in the new lore? Say ones from Runeterra's beginning/creation. Forces perpetually meant to battle for all eternity or some shit. Similar to a Bard/Kindredish sorta peep.
