This is obviously a teaser for the new Gangplank re-rework that i've heard so much about where his ult turns him into a machine with godlike powers and orange throwing robots circle him to deal max hp true damage, during this all enemys are blinded and silenced.
Considering that the yordles are the creators of the Mecha Prototypes, i wonder who is the person that tried to access to the Prototype 00...
Viktor? I dont think so, he would not steal a robot since he has his own army.
Jayce? I doubt that he would need to do such thing since the yordles are allied with Piltover.
