This is obviously a teaser for the new Gangplank re-rework that i've heard so much about where his ult turns him into a machine with godlike powers and orange throwing robots circle him to deal max hp true damage, during this all enemys are blinded and silenced.

Viktor? I dont think so, he would not steal a robot since he has his own army.

Maybe he was a collab between Heimer, Ziggs and Rumble, but due to complications in the work flow or disagreements about design processes it came out not as they intended, prompting Rumble to design separately from Heimer and Ziggs.
