They are both military themed,but thats about it.
Guerillia Tristana looks like a soldier who ambushes her enemies in the jungle,wheras omegasquad makes her look like a military general with high tech weapons.
Also they didn't say that they don't have inspiration for those 3,but that those 3 simply didn't fit any themes for their skin lines in the past(and Yorick was unable to get skins until his VGU),not to mention that they already confirmed that they have skins in development for those 3.
Skins are made to be sold. Those champions arent very popular and their skins in the past didnt really sell. Whats the point in wasting time?
