Who is this guy!?

As many you know, in "Creator Viktor" splash art we can see a lot of champs with their "Battlecast" skin, like cho'gath, kog'maw, skarner, urgot....now, the thing is this, I was one of the firsts ones (not to brag or anything, but I kinda felt that way because noone who I asked about it (and it was A LOT of league players) didn't noticed it) to notice Vel'koz in the background BEFORE we knew who Vel'koz was, once he came out it all became clear for me that riot allready had him planned to be released since long before they told us about him, anyway, I started to look in the Battlecast splash arts to look for "incoming" battlecast skins (I like to look for this kind of stuff in all the splash arts :3) and I noticed that in the latest battlecast (Vel'koz) Behind Viktor there is a....silhouette...of something, since I noticed that I am kinda paranoic about it lol. Who is this guy!? its a new skin for someone!? its a champ that rito will rellease ahead in the future like they did with Vel'koz!?....YOU! -points at you- what do YOU think!?
