Why is PROJECT: Ashe's splash in most news banners appear hoodless while in game her splash does not

Personally, I heavily favor the hood-less splash and am slightly disappointed when I play the champion with skin in game to see her splashes have her hood on. But in the end it effects nothing but aesthetics and preference.
