EDIT: Holy shit. You love TELB. 32 to 1 votes. #####~~ A prayer to the wi-fi gods~~

I'm posting this from the train on my way to my family, hope you all can start your holidays soon as well!

Well, seems like I overestimated my travel time yesterday when I prepared this. I already arrived. My well-wishes still apply though.

#####Overwhelming odds

I have the feeling that the contest might not be entirely fair today, it's color story vs longer story again. We shall see how it turns out.

In the first story, The Echoes left Behind, we witness the story of Ledros, Champion of the King, now a restless spectre. He desperately wants to bring an end to the suffering of the Isles, to free the love of his life (and death) - Kalista, the Spear of Vengeance. He can almost reach out to her - but then, the moment is gone. Oh, how sweet the suffering of this one tastes... Another spectre appears...

The second story, Adaptation, is told through the perspective of Rengar, who fights an otherworldly beast. Seconds before, it obliterated a group of jungle raptors. He jumps on it, but it's too easy... For his recklessness, he could have lost his life. He only loses an eye - for now. The two beasts fight until night falls. How can you kill something like this, when every failed attempt only makes it stronger?

Adaptation is good, but The Echoes left Behind is just phenomenal.

It's no contest, in my eyes.

I didn't expect it to be this decisive. Currently it's sitting at 35 to 1, and that singular vote was LordRedStone trying to even the odds a little. Poor Rengar

Flawless Victory.
