I am informed - she views teemo as a friend, as evidenced in his (old) lore. There is nothing written in lore that provides any evidence otherwise. Rumble, it is true, is implied to have a crush on Trist (mech name, super galaxy interactions). Teemo has nothing written in the lore about his feelings for her (aside from saying in her old lore that there is no one he'd rather take on a difficult mission). Thus there is nothing in the lore (and therefore the game) to support your position.

I have read their lore. I think you have a case of "I see what I want to see" as well - there is nothing that describes their friendship in any other, more romantic terms. If I am wrong, please point me to the exact lines.

Riot really has pushed the envelope for Tristana's skins after she got her new model. Dragon Trainer was really good and this one looks like it could be fun as well. I hope other champs that got updates get this kind of love eventually, especially Trundle and Yorick.
