Who is the forth person in the 'Sea Hunter' Splash Art?

Hey there, 'Conspiracy Theoriest' Master Fledgling here.

Riot's pretty crafty -- hiding champs right under our noses most of the time.

So who is behind the doors in this photo? They seem VERY tall, taller than Garen or Aatrox. I was hoping during the Bilgewater event that it would be a reworked Yorick, bringing Gangplank back from beyond the grave, but alas, that didn't appear to happen.
