Pledge for new Zilean skin

Please can we get a new thematic skin for Zilean, either it would be Project, Pentakill, Mech or some other newly animated stuff ?

The other thing is, can we change his passive too into something more useful for late game, like increasing his bomb release time or something else would scale into the game ?
