I think it was funny how someone tried to tell me veigar and blitz weren't arcade skins when I used them for a full party example xD Yet clearly they were intended to all be in the same skin line. JUSTICE

Well, technically Veigar and Blitz are part of an antagonistic skin line in opposition to the Arcade skin line, as implied by Blitzcrank and Riven's new splash art.

Thats like saying Creator Viktor has nothing to do with the batlecast themed skins just because hes not called batlecast viktor Veigar and Blitz are part of the arcade line. Riven and Blitz literaly share a splash art.

The bosses are the antagonistic skin line, is not the same.

They share a splash that clearly says "VS" in the middle, and separates both lines of skins.

What you are saying, is like saying that the Mecha Skin line is part of the Battecast theme, because both themes are similar, even if they are antagonistic.

As for Kassadin or Azir, I am uncertain. Both are very strong candidates with their variety of spell effects offering a great deal of creative explorations. Who knows?
