I made a tier regarding champs that needs an Ability Icon Update
So, this is a tier that i made regards to champs that need some icon updates. I will not include champs that will receive an icon update already like Nunu, Renekton, Amumu and Dr.Mundo because their updated ability icons are already in the PBE. I will also exclude known VGU champs like irelia and swain because they are indeed will receive new one. Just like irelia and swain, i will also exclude aatrox because he will receive a GU which will remake his gampleay and specially his icons. Lastly, Splash updates are easy to make than splash, so, maybe we will see more of this in the future.
Tier 1, Champs the needs it the most:
- looks bland specially the black background(which means outdated, for me) for some of her icon splashes. plus cartoonish!
- looks cartoonish !!

Tier 2, champs the needs to be prioritize after tier 1:
- looks bland and cartoonish. needs an update!
- passive is ok, others are not.
- passive is ok, others look cartoonish though.
- looks cartoonish to some extent. That passive icon though.. doesn't need an update :)

Tier 3, champs the needs tweeking:
- all icons are ok except her e, needs so tweekings or just remove the bland background/have green glow effects.
- all are great except his w and r, looks cartoonish.
- e and r looks cartoonish.
- q needs tweekings to make it look not to cartoonish.
- like elise
- passive looks cartoonish.
PS: I hope we will get to see MF's splashes this year and Other Ability icons too like ahri and wukong. There's still time for patch 7.24 so i hope riot could rush them before the patch update.
