I’ve fixed Jarvan the boring problem

Make Jarvan be league’s first ‘forced love’ champion victim. Maybe have a Noxian woman go on him when he was intoxicated and then years later he also finds out he has an illegitimate son. It adds a lot of tragedy to him and now he not boring any more too. Can you imagine his dad wants his son to get married and have sex but Jarvan wants nothing to do with sex because of what happened to him? Also what about this half Noxian son now? How will Jarvan interact with a son who has half of what he hates?
