The Last 4 are either for Zaun
Or they're going to follow Graves and TF's exploits into Piltovian territory.
I'm guessing there'll be nothing about Twisted Fate and Graves. I like those characters and wouldn't mind if there were more about them, but Graves has had New Destiny (in-game) for a while now. I'm guessing they've already been to Piltover and left.
The other slots are probably for Zaun, then. (The bar that goes from left to right, with the locked slots on it, has a Piltover icon on the left and a Zaun icon on the right.) Maybe this will even coincide with the Warwick rework coming out soon? Plus new lore for Viktor, Singed, Dr. Mundo, Ekko, and maybe Twitch and/or Zac?
