Ok, so the new Shaco skin was previewed in the patch notes, with chromas coming. In the reveal pic, there is a green chroma, but in the store there is no such one. Am I missing something? i literally only wanted that one lol...

Oleandervine1 votesThey distribute them to Youtubers, Twitchers, and other social media people. It's frankly a pain in the ass if you wanted the green ones. Thankfully, the previous 6 month's social media chromas launched before the last Emporium will be in the next Essence Emporium for 10K BE apiece. This mid season one had the Program LeBlanc, Infernal Amumu, and the Winter Wonder Neeko ones, all from the tail end of 2018. So the end of season emporium this year will have everything from January 2019-May 2019. That means that the Battle Academia, Dark Star, and whatever else comes the latter half of the year will be in next year's mid season Emporium.
Arakadia1 votesLook up on twitter there a bunch of people doing giveaways. Youtubers and streamers do it to but I'm not familiar with them. Otherwise you should almost certainly be able to buy it at the next (not the current) blue essence emporium. If you get a code for the chroma you get the champion and skin as well for free. Thats how I got Winterwonderland Neeko for free.

Sukishoo2 votesYes, not completely sure why but I guess it's cause they want them to still feel special so it's not as easy to get when they are available. Like the Amumu and Leblanc green ones were in the store during this period and they were 10K.
