What about the Rhaast in the odyssey universe ? If every skin universe theoreticaly has 1 of each champion wouldn't that mean that there is a Kayn in the dark star universe and a Rhaast in the odyssey one?
Also did riot say anything about the imperial skins ? They could be easily moved in the new universe with a little rework (the only inperial skins are for Lux and Xin Zhao)

I think CauseSCIENCE has a pretty good mind about your question. At least, in the specific case of Odyssey Kayn and Dark Star Rhaast, the two are part of the same universes - Rhaast is corely part of the Dark Star universe, but in and of himself exists in the Odyssey Universe through just intersecting with it. Meanwhile, Odyssey Kayn is corely part of the Odyssey universe, but also simultaneously exists in the Dark Star universe due to potentially becoming a Corruptant.
As an aside, for Xin Zhao and Lux's Imperial skins, I think only Lux's would fit in the Odyssey universe (to some extent). Imperial Xin Zhao isn't neo-futuristic like Lux's. Though, that could change if Xin Zhao somehow got a VU, but if he did, that'd be long down the line.
